Jo's Kitchen (and yes, the coffee IS on...)

Good Morning wonderful kitchen patrons,

Here is a grand buffet to start off our Tuesday morning... eggs (however you wish them), steak, ham, sausage, bacon, corned beef hash, grits, waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, assorted dried cereal (aka Cap'n Crunch with Red Berries.. grins)... assorted fruits, and assorted pastries..and condiments to go with it all..

Here is enough and to get our morning started. I hope everyone has a peaceful start to their day.

Oh my goodness! What to choose for breakfast...hmmm...some eggs...poached...and half a bagel with cream cheese...since it is a NY bagel yummy....and one Mr. Prickly

to go with breakfast...yes yes...what a nice way to start the day!

Hi to Jo, Zimmy, Scoote, Durrr, Matthew and I am sure I missed a lot of others

so sorry....I'm on drugs lol...well at least it seems like a good excuse

hey hey kitcheneers im baaaaaaackkk ..lockdown kinda sucked--ok not really but prolly a good thing from what Jo shared with me..im not always good at keeping my mouth shut,but anyway...glad to see Ms MS is back home and on road to recovery...u go girl *friendly hug*

so anyway JO bullied me into making a dr's appt(even tho i told her its just old age,a big ass and meanness trying to come out) and the big day has arrived..so in a couple hrs ill be sitting in a small room in a paper gown swearing nothing is wrong while JO(who is going to make sure the doc gets ALL the info) will be shooting me evil looks and correcting me on everything...God gotta love a woman like that

hope everyone has a ......ohhhhhh wait i gotta tell y'all about our stroll on the beach...we were walking along,heads down,scouring for cool shells, i look up and see a man up near dunes running towards us--now i admit i have poor eyesight so i look at JO and ask" is that man naked?" she looks up and back down quickly and says "umm yep" now i am sure that letting the wind off the ocean caress ur naked body is exhilarating,but make sure it is a nude beach or at least a private one!

now hope everyone has a wonderful day...it is beautiful here,temps are around 80,nice breeze! wish everyone could enjoy our weather

Evening all

Dinner is on

...NY strip steaks, buttered egg noodles and green beans.

Didn't make anything for dessert though...so it may be a "help yourself to the ice cream or the Dove chocolates" night.

Got an email from the loan processor...seems we are "cleared to close" by the bank...package o' paperwork is on the way to the title company...and they're both saying we'll close on the house "no later than" next Thursday, 10/28. So, cross fingers,

, whatever ya' got! That'll give us 3 days to get everything moved out of the apartment...boys' bedroom furniture delivered...and hopefully my stuff well on the way.

So....our plans for Halloween? Unpacking!

(and I wonder if Scoote is emotionally prepared for how much Halloween candy I buy for the kids....I'm a double fisted candy giver)
