Seriously, I don't eat breakfast and I need to start. I am going to get some ideas from you guys if that is OK.

I usually just have coffee. A lot of coffee.

Start small, otherwise your tummy will rebel. Maybe toast or a piece of fruit with your coffee and then gradually add a bit more until you find an amount that works for you.

Good idea. Maybe I will bring some stuff and have it in the fridge at work.

Tomorrow I will have some grilled turkey ham, 2 eggs, some plain Greek yogurt with some raw green beans. Odd I know, but it works well for me
