Coffe and whole wheat toast,I fixed chees omlets but couldnt eat but a fue bites..

Steel cut oats ,I think it was my first time to eat this. Was delicious! I liked it.

It's lunch for everyone else but breakfast for us. I had Lucky Charms with skim milk and Organic had a half a wrap, chicken fried rice and grapes.

Ok, this kinda sounded like steel toe boots so I have to ask, what the heck are steel cut oats? Sounds a lil gritty, lol. But, I'm glad you liked it!!!

Is having coffee for now. I'm taking my mama to the eye Dr this morning so perhaps I can persuade her to have a little breakfast afterwards, my treat, which she'll hate but hey, can't let a lady pay for breakfast, even if it's my own mama.

Well its a little like oatmeal but gritty. Steel cut oats are whole grain groats. Inner portion of the oat kernal which have been cut by steel rather that being rolled.
