1) Pay off that student loan once and for all.
2) Save and invest a good chunk of it. 3) Purchase a plot of land in the forest in the PNW and build a couple of these: http://www.tinygreencabins.com 4) Pay off my parent's condo and make sure my dad's medical bills are paid to date. 5) Give my brother and sister-in-law some of the money as a gift. 6) Help my Grammy and Uncle the best I can. 7) Buy a SmartCar. 8) Travel a bit. 9) Donate the rest. if only...
