So the therapist is coming tomorrow to the house for the cpap machine!! I guess its a respiratory therapist that is going to explain the procedure to get some sleep thank g\d..

Gemme is getting ready to throw the fish in a pan and into the oven so it will be ready for dinner at 6-ish.

The quality of fish depends on where you go. Obviously, Central Market has better stuff than, say, Wal-Mart.

We have tilapia fillets that I've lemoned up and dusted with pepper and put in a pan with a cut up onion. It will join steamed broccoli and beets for me and potato salad for my honey.

Bard is taking a break to stressed out at work and I need some down time going to the horse races tomorrow and on my mini vaca going to spend time with my skyler really wishen I could make my dream of a small ranch a reality
