Fixing my furnace all by myself!! AHHHH.... I have heat! I am warm! and I didn't shell out bucks to someone to do something I can do!! Of course, what I did is not connected to anything having to do with gas... no boom-booms here....

No matter how shitty my day might be, my dog Bruno always makes me smile and brings me joy. All he has to do is look at me with those big puppy dog eyes and wag that tail and I forget my woes for just a moment. Puppy kisses are damn good medicine.

my holiday plans were changed and I am cooking a turkey instead of traveling to a relatives ...

but when I went to look for the heirloom roaster, it was nowhere to be found...

I spent five hours panicking...

then my niece called and said she had it..I had brought a turkey over for a holiday event and never brought the roaster home.

OMG...I was so overjoyed not to have lost it...I have lost so many things over the last decade due to break ups. Thank heavens I have it!
