I am on a lifelong journey. Sometimes my path is smooth, green and beautiful and sometimes it is rocky, stark and steep. I will enjoy the view today for there is beauty even in the rocks. I am worthy of the view. I will see the beauty in the path and in myself.

Reading Diva's and Pinkie Lee's affirmations, I 'm inspired me to write my own.

Today and for the rest of my life, I will take one day at a time. Since that's pretty much all you get anyway. I never heard of anyone, who actually got to take 2 days at a time.
I will empower myself, by remembering to breathe and blink. I've never known anyone that just flat out forgot to , but just in case, I'm covered.
