Reading Diva's and Pinkie Lee's affirmations, I 'm inspired me to write my own.

Today and for the rest of my life, I will take one day at a time. Since that's pretty much all you get anyway. I never heard of anyone, who actually got to take 2 days at a time.
I will empower myself, by remembering to breathe and blink. I've never known anyone that just flat out forgot to , but just in case, I'm covered.
From this very moment on, I will no longer make up my own words. I will use only the words found in the the websters dictionary. Even if that tends to sound a little ironical.
I am comfortable in my skin. As the option of not having my skin , seems to involve, too much blood loss and infections.
I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And dawg gone it people like me .
