Thoughts To Get You Through A Crisis....

When I face a crisis I look at it as a chance to improve and evolve. I look at it like a blessing and I embrace it (might take a few days to get to this point) once I do I'm amazed at how fast the crisis moves on.
I've said this a million times but for those who never heard it I'll say it again and hope it helps you. I believe the universe never gives us more than we can handle. Everything happens for a reason, and that reason is always in the best interest of our evolution, or forward progress. For every adversity life throws at us, it also gives us an equal or better reward along with it. If you think you can't face the crisis , then look for the equal or better reward in it, and try to focus on that , the crisis will pass as fast as it came.
