Toasted whole wheat bread, light Miracle Whip, sliced roma tomatoes, and turkey bacon! I wasn't in the mood for lettuce, so I had a BT.

I made 2 Quiche ....
(what's the plural for Quiche? LOL)
one was artichoke hearts, cheese, sausage and chives with a crust made from crescent rolls (this was an "experiment") .
the other... ham, cheese, asparagus and tomato with a regular crust.
(each with 4 eggs and one can of evaporated milk)
They made pretty pies, especially with the tomato and asparagus on top..... but I was sorely disappointed in their taste. The ham one had too much moisture... just not like what Momma used to make.

tonight was our official family holiday party. We had kielbassa, ham, mashed pots, peas, sweet pots casserole. And, like all good Russian Slavs, an entire table dedicated to cookies! Wow!
