I confess...
I'm more out of shape than I thought I was...and so is the dog!  Before moving to FL, we used to walk 3 or 4 miles, up and down hills, most every day. After more than 4 months of no real walking, he and I were both puffing after 2 miles on flat, paved roads. Holy cow!  ...no wonder my jeans were getting tight!
