yaaaaaay ! this thread is right up my alley, actually.. one of my resolutions is not just about losing some weight, but getting healthy again.. i will definitely be checking out the point system links! thank you! looking forward to making some BIG changes in my life  having some buddies to do it with will help tremendously!
