Well, it's brunch for me, but..I am eating tuna mixed with mayo, pepper and a little mustard on toasted multigrain bread, a heaping cupful of brown rice flavored with pineapple juice instead of butter and a little salt and pepper, and a cupful of pineapple chunks. Even drinking water! Trying to eat better
