sylvie.. has decided to get the new tatt on back of my neck, on birthday week in february..that will give me time to work out exactly what i want done..

I am finding I can live with less, eat healthier, and move more.

A day off work= More housecleaning and freeing myself of needless things in my spare room, in my life, and things that no longer mean anything to me.

Recycle bin holds mismatched plastic lids, bowls. Assorted clothes are in luggage that is on it's way out.... I thought I would someday find a use for other "things" are in boxes to take to the needy place. Things the cats no longer play with are going to the Animal Shelter today. A feeling of freedom comes with each thing that moves on to a new place for a new life.
