I am finding I can live with less, eat healthier, and move more.

A day off work= More housecleaning and freeing myself of needless things in my spare room, in my life, and things that no longer mean anything to me.

Recycle bin holds mismatched plastic lids, bowls. Assorted clothes are in luggage that is on it's way out.... I thought I would someday find a use for other "things" are in boxes to take to the needy place. Things the cats no longer play with are going to the Animal Shelter today. A feeling of freedom comes with each thing that moves on to a new place for a new life.

Bard is packing and getting ready to go to Old Forge with my girls for my Birthday snow bound cottage makes for a Happy Happy Cowboi now I am just wondering if perhaps just perhaps my Dad will call me on my birthday

Laerkin is celebrating FRIDAY!!!! Tonight - relaxing and reading. Tomorrow - relaxing and reading and maybe "The King's Speech". Sunday - relaxing and reading and some homework.

Good stuff - finally a quiet weekend!

had a tumble on the ice again today and pulled some muscles and cracked my head hard..... yaaaaaaay!!! i thoroughly enjoy being a klutz! lol.
