I really don't like it when my 17 year old daughter who is very trim and fit talks about how she wants to lose 30 more pounds.

I really dont like waking up at 1am with heartburn all the way up my throat and all inside my stomach, I feel like im going to die

i don't like dwelling... the past should stay in the past..it gets me nothing except back into the vicious circle, which does me no good.. it's all about moving forward, with smiles, friends & making happy memories... i've much to be blessed for..
