Anything in my cast iron skillet!! My mom is a Southern Belle and she and my granma's taught me well.

My favorite dish to cook is is a Thai dish called crispy fish. Been told its my best by an opinion of my first mentor out of college.

Nope--a guy asked me (during senior year) but I decided that I preferred to go to a movie with my best girl friend.

For the most part, I always smile in photos...unless I'm throwing down some silly expression.

I would be a Tamarack tree. Its quite confused since its considered a deciduous coniferous tree. It has needle like leaves that shed in the fall
