Riding bikes

Proud of the girl for riding 5 miles (first time in like 20 years)

11 hours of sleep (haha)

Spending time with friends

The girl being here for the WHOLE weekend

Being at Pops' gaff when young Oscar (the only child that any of us three siblings will produce) came to visit his Grandpops, his Ma and Pa came too.

Our little bright spark was in a dancing mood for a while so we danced and threw ourselves around much to Pops' amusement. Then Oscar decided that he thought I should beat up his Daddy. It's not easy to explain to a 3 and half year old that it's almost 30 years since I could beat up his Daddy.

Not so sure what made me smile most. Playing with my nephew or the notion of beating up my 'baby brother' (aged 40 and 3quarters).....just for old times sake!

Being out in the yard playing with my fur kids,then all three of us just getting so tired after we played we just sat on the patio catching our breaths,my fur babies at my feet,a cold drink in my hand,me just watching the world go by..cant get much better than that.
