Since I'm not supposed to leave the house this weekend and because I am finally out of fresh fruit and don't want toast for dinner...had to fix something for dinner from what's in the house...

Made a "forage casserole" from eggs, evaporated milk, the remnants of assorted bags of shredded cheese, onions, mushrooms, frozen broccoli and bacon bits...
