For breakfast, I had some barbequed pork chops I cooked on the grill the other night. I like to buy the thin chops, keep them coated in bbq sauce while they cook and cook them until they are crunchy - almost burned. I sat in a low chair the other night on the patio beside my low grill, pulled three off the grill and ate them one by one. So good! It just doesn't get much better than that!

Coffee (Arabica, 10% Kona) with a hint on cream, no sugar is on the menu for B'fast today...

BUT in my mind...
a succulent Krispy Kreme "Glazed Kreme Filled" Donut is present.

In my mind-- my breakfast is totally aweome because I not only have ONE of these donuts, but TWO! HA! YES! I HAVE TWO!!!

OH HOW I MISS THE GLAZED KREME FILLED DONUT!!!!!!!

*sigh*

Enough lamenting for one morning. I do not have the money or time to get on a plane to Maui to hunt one of these delights down...well, not today, at least.

I had egg whites cooked with green tabasco sauce, jalapenos, and fresh spinach. I also had a toasted piece of whole wheat toast and grapefruit.
