26 pushups
97 situps 2 x 12 arm curls 2 x 12 shoulder raises I was so hungry and was running out of time before class starts that I had to cut the workout a little short. Had fruit for breakfast and 24 oz of water. I am staying away from sweets (limited myself to a single lollypop today and a sugar-free Red Bull -- my only "processed" foods). How's everyone else doing?
