I didn't get to officially "meet" Sweet until the Dash Bash in Oakland. This was a year after the Dallas event where I pawed through some clothing swap items, trying to find some suitable things to send home with Mike for her.
I remember when I met her how she warmly took both of my hands and we embraced like old friends. What a kind and wonderful person. What a sparkly spirit. Although we are sad that she has moved on without us, how wonderful for all of us to have known her. To have had just a small glimpse of her life and her love for Mike and her children. Even in leaving us, Sweet has reminded us to be thankful for one another and to put a little Pink Princess Power out into the world. Mike - Our love and thanks to you for caring for her during her transition and our deepest condolences in your sorrow. We are here for you, buddy. xo
