Trying a new spread today, it's called Tofutti - Better than cream cheese. I bought the garlic and herb kind.
Chicken sandwich on a thin sliced whole wheat bagel smeared with a little of the above then nearly an entire salad's worth of spring greens piled on to finish it off. Oh and a little extra sharp cheddar, with Kalamata olives on the side. Not too shabby!
