Looking around me, seeing my house come together as a home. Youtube, that tells me the words to music so it makes sense for the first time in my life. But that is such a change, it doesnt really feel little. Im having a great day off.

having really good neighbors who arent intrusive but are friendly and caring of each other. I havent had this since the old days out in farm country ....
grooming a horse in the spring and getting covered with horse hair as they shed off their winters coat freshly shaved legs, lotioned and smooth to the touch a dab of perfume every day...just because... drinking coffee from your special cup.... a call from a young niece who lives 600 miles away because she loves her auntie wearing an apron of your moms

The ferocity of a teensy twelve-pound doglet with a bone when the big galumphin' galoot breathes her same air... and the way she suddenly stops growling to look up and implore me ever-so-politely with those big soulful brown eyes, "Mom?
