my grandma's homemade hog's head cheese...

For those of you who don't know: after the hogs/pigs are slaughtered for the bacon/sausage/etc, they then take the ENTIRE head (eyes, ears, teeth, ALL of it) and run it through a grinder, add a few other ingredients and blend/set to either an almost pimento cheese consistency or a "meat jelly".

Usually when I hear the word "cheese" I will eat almost anything. My grandma just neglected to mention the first 2 words when she asked if I wanted a cheese sandwich. *hurl*
