I had really watery oatmeal and a cranberry muffin. I am working a shift at a hospital, so it is slim pickings! I did avoid the donuts and biscuits.. LOL!!

Got up at 5:30 as usual to walk the dog, but she let me sleep until 10:30 when we came back! So unusual for me, but I was exhausted after a trip to Philly with 45 7th graders! I just had my daily triple espresso with half and half on my deck (it is hot in NYC), and because of the time (soooo late for me) I am having an avocado sprinkled with sea salt and olive oil for breakfast. Just the right ripeness!

A huge pistachio muffin. They have big sugar crystals sprinkled on them too.
