a giant salad which included:
lettuce carrots zucchini which I blanched with garlic and salt ditto the above with baby green beans and little dutch potatoes purple asparagus cooked with fresh lemon and salt black olives chick peas made from dried and cooked with lots of garlic spicy homemade dressing crusty bread with butter... half is still waiting for me to graze on through-out the course of the afternoon... not too bad for a salad ! |
