a luncheon to remember!
Last school luncheon (tomorrow faculty and staff go to a Dumbo restaurant for a catered affair with full bar):
gazpacho (homemade) smoky pork ribs, or bbq chicken, or bbq tofu baked potatoes, cole slaw, full salad bar with lots of options roasted tomatoes with mushrooms and leeks (yum) steamed and sautéed with a bit of butter peapods home made lemon cheesecake with homemade whipped cream homemade lemonade and sweet tea Needless to say, I am not having dinner!
