We call it that because it's got "everything but the kitchen sink" in them.

I made a handful of naked spaghetti...

While it was cooking, I sliced up a green onion all pretty like, grabbed a handful of frozen veggies (I think I got corn, peas, sprouts, carrots, red peppers and a few water chestnuts), crumbled up a bit of salmon left from Sunday... Whipped an egg and made the really thin pancakey sort of things like they make for sushi, which got crumbled up....

Drained noodles, (left a bit of the water in the pan for later) put a skillet on, added a splash of sesame oil, a dash of five spice and a couple of cashews... Tossed in the veggies, then the salmon and eggs, then the noodles. Was a little dry so I added a bit of noodle water...

It was Teh NOM....

Might have given the Lynxy kitty a bit of salmon too... Cause she really really likes salmon...

Tomorrow I'll nuke what's left the KS Noodles and put an egg on top...

Dinner was really really good tonight.
