I have been given a new day. No matter what yesterday held, that is now the past and gone. I will search within My new day for tools to complete My purpose. I will be mindful of others.. and regardless of how I am treated.. I will take the high road. I have no use for wasting energy on clutter. I will give the best that I am capable of and strive to give more. Here is to a peaceful and reflective Sunday.

I will start my day with a big deep breath. I'll breathe in love, support and calmness and breathe out fear, pain and anxiety. I will repeat throughout the day whenever necessary.

Today I will release anger because it takes up room in my hula hoop. I will clear unnecessary negativity so that I can continue moving forward in the way I prefer. I will steal from Pinkie's affirmation to use that big, deep breath.

For situations I cannot control or unhealthy relationships that are wasting space in my life, I bless them with love & wish them well. I will continue to only allow people in my life, that make time for me in theirs.
