New tattoo! As you knew! It doesn't hurt but it scabbed up REAL NICE and i was about to have to put socks on my hands! Hopefully within a few days I'll be able to leave it alone

Actually feel mentally great today! I do have VERY sore legs due to exercising and dancing yesterday , I guess no pain no gain right ? Got my feet up right now.

Got a bit of a headache this morning and a little nauseous too, think I had a little too much sugar in my coffee.... going to gym hopefully it will help.

Still having headache and stomch upset, but I think I figure out what is making feel so crappy . .... I am in the process of trying to quit smoking it's been 2 weeks today . WOOHOO!
But I am having all the typical symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, I'll be glad when it all over.

i walked about a mile through brambles and swamp barefoot. My legs are all cut up and sting really badly all the time. Any recommendations?
