OVER or under

Definately over; under has the potential to drag against the wall (assuming a wall mounted holder) and I'd rather not have what might be on the wall on me. Over provides more opportunity to keep it from not touching the wall. Now you knew I would have some kind of logic behind my answer, lol.

When I'd go into the bathroom there, the roll was always under
When I left said room, the roll was always over
He had words with me a few times and all I could do was laugh at him
