What are you having for breakfast?

My intentions were to make parfaits.

I was cleaning the strawberries and eating them as fast as I was cleaning them. I ate them all.

I made my Butch Oatmeal pancakes with buter and syrup. His comment...

OMG! Real food

it will be for breakfast, or at least that is the current plan

I wish I had chicken and rice for breakfast...that was my staple for all the years I was power-lifting at 6 AM....how I miss those days and those breakfasts....

I need to find a way to eat better breakfasts in general...I know all the good options 'n stuff...I just don't like to eat before I have eaten and the day is in progress...so, when it's first eating event of the day, I know I have to, and should eat, but I can't ...

I bought it at my local organic food store. It's really amazing. I also purchased Coconut cream for my coffee, instead of milk.
