Actually the moving concession idea is a great one. I worked sports catering and concessions years ago for large events like Lollapaloosa, Kentucky Derby, Golf Tournaments, Grand Prix races etc.
I definitely have the experience. Hmmmmm. Food for thought....(pun intended!) Great thread S!
