I will make progress each day towards my goals.

One small step in the right direction is all it takes.

My own happiness is not dependent on the opinions and ideas of others. I will do what I need to do for me to make the life I want to have.

I have ample leisure time without feeling guilty.

It's okay to ask for help today.

Just for today, I will take one compliment and hold it in my heart for more than just a fleeting moment. I will let it nurture me.

Just for today, I will act in a way that I would admire in someone else.
