good morning everyone ♥

another day off today.. Yesterday was a busy day between tests at the hospital and of course time with Mtn since it was His day off too.. i love when we have days off together..

So today, some housework catchup, time with children, some exercise and take in a lil sunshine, wait for Mtn to get home from work ... not too much going on, pretty quiet day it will be i think.. (i hope) heh...

Zimmy, i'm so sorry that happened to you but so happy you are standing up for yourself.. i have dealt with someone being a jerk t o me for a few years now at work, which will bring me down to losing myself and crying my face off, but just this weekend, i stood up for myself and it felt great.. no excuse for people to treat anyone that way.. (((huggggz)))

I talked to my supervisor yesterday and talked to her. She is going to handle everything and wasn't to happy about the lady who was cussing.

I had pancakes this morning for breakfast and coffee. I'm leaving a huge plate of pancakes for all of you!

Good morning ya'll...just getting ready for work

it is going to be a challenging day- have weekly supervisors meeting in which we are scheduled to discuss two proposals that SHOULD BE MY DECISIONS TO MAKE AND NOT UP FOR A VOTE

One involves changing our (MY) fiction arrangement so that mysteries, science fiction, large type, and westerns are mixed up with the rest of the fiction

The other involves changing our (MY) e-book contract so that we pay less money for hardly any books

Neither of these will pass without my blessing as long as i stay reasonable and don't let it show that THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA wtf THEY ARE DOING

Coffee is on, and breakfast is ready

I'm trying to get revved up for work today...yesterday was a seriously long "I just don't care and don't feel inspired" day. And today is my "full of conference calls" day....sigh. The good news? My blackberry, which has been screeching in my ear the last few days at random moments, is being replaced (probably today) via FedEx.

The bad news? I definitely pulled a muscle in my upper back....feels like just under my shoulder blade, lifting #!%$^&&@@##!!$$**%^#@ concrete. Grrrrrrrrrr.

Happy Hump Day - i went to work this morning, and go back this evening..
just walked home in the downpouring rain, and jumped in puddles on the way home, lol.. now everything is in the laundry and i'm warming up! =)

i had my weigh in this morning too, lost 4.4 lbs for a total of 23 lbs now since April, HAPPY girl i am! Going to do a bit of housework this morning, and then have some lunch later, and do a workout if i dont go walking, depends if the rain will let up... Then back to work i go this evening, gotta love these split shifts *not* heh!

Hope ya's have a wonderful kinda day! Ouch on the pulled muscle Jo, take care of you! (((huggggz))) feel better soon!

i was really concerned that i'd walk out of that meeting unemployed- i have that much trouble not telling people they're being idiots

My back is quite a bit better today...still can feel it but not even remotely as bad. Amazing what a night's sleep can do!

Got this morning off of work, which was nice..so doing a lil housework and laundry as i post around - my microwave keeps beeping, ive tried everything to stop it, it's driving me crazy! lol..

It's a beautiful sunshiney day out there, so going to get out and walk soon, and stop in at my father's and visit my baby niece who is down from Ottawa for a few days, can't wait to see her and snuggle her up, she's adorable.. This evening, i work, of course..

Those omelets look SO yummy Zimmy, thank you so much for those ~ I'm only gonna have one chocolate as abit of an indulgence but nothing more. I've started drinking more water and right now am sipping on a fruit punch Powerade drink so I'm gonna have something to eat just not as much :-)

You are welcome and you can have dark chocolate that is 72% or higher. The dark chocolate has antioxidants and flavonoids that our bodies need in order to remain healthy, one good thing I learned while working for Godiva...I really could go for a dark chocolate truffle with 85% dark chocolate sprinkled on top..Who knows, I may go to Godiva today and pick up a couple...Hehe..

Pick yourself up a Brita pitcher, it helps to filter out your water and I love ice cold water when I come home from a power walk...
