Off topic a bit. Guinea pig reminds me of when our  daughter asked for this specific cookbook... She's such a hoot. She would get such a kick out of messing with her brothers head about the secret ingredients. first one she made for them was the spinach brownies.  Several of the recipes really weren't half bad.
