you'd know i struggle with social phobia, however ...
i like being bold ... *some*times ... like when i paint my nails red. shyness doesn't hold me back from saying something i really want or need to say - *especially* in pursuit of justice. i warm up. warming up with the right person can open the floodgates. being quiet doesn't make me the "one to watch out for"... unless you do something unjust lol.  with the right people, i look forward to visits & never-ending phone calls. reserving my thoughts, words or actions does pay off sometimes. i push myself "out there" ... *some*times. i love to laugh & make people laugh. yes i will end up being a "cat lady", but there are lots of different types of happy cat people, including couples.  i dont have any big scary dangerous secrets i'm hiding. i love being outside. i love to travel. i do love my friends & i try. i love & cherish genuine, honest, humble people. i experience pure joy & gratitude when someone reaches out to me in a positive way. i love helping people. i love my alone space, but i like sharing it with my Significant Other even more. just because i can't stand talking with a spotlight to a group doesn't mean i dont like belonging in one. some things that are scary at first feel liberating afterwards - like the first few times flying alone when i got lost in the biggest airports and found my way. the things i enjoy most in life are far from boring. i don't need people or substances just to have a good time. i have a lot of the same dreams as an extravert. i admire those who can do what i am afraid of. the end.

If you really knew me....You would know that....
I have been entirely on my own since 15. I graduated with high school with honors while working 2 jobs. I was prom queen twice. I graduated the academy with Distinguished honors. I have accomplished many things in life but my ultimate goal is to be a good mother some day. Im very opinionated and I stand behind them no matter what. I am very hard to get to know. I do not trust easily, if I give you that and you break it you are finished.

You'd know how shy I am in person That I will never get the courage to ask a femme out That I dont trust easily That I am very stubborn That I watch t.v. alot That I am introverted on alot of things. But some things you cant shut me up about. Especially if you piss me off. You'd know that what you see is what you get. I dont hide who I am from anyone I cant stand slow drivers I have no patience And have no edit button for my mouth. God is continually putting his hands over my mouth.

* I eat, sleep & breathe every passion in my life. * I think the night air has an electric charge in it that is unmatched during the day. It is both invigorating & sensual. * I do not own "sensible shoes." All my heels are at least 3" high and some are as high as 6". And I can run in them.  * The tooth fairy at my house is a BITCH FROM HELL!!! She leaves a trail of gold glitter from the bedside, out the bedroom, down the hall, through the living room and out the front door onto the patio. * I believe that kids need magic in their lives so I will gladly clean up after that Tooth Fairy Bitch who makes a mess in my home. * My oldest son and I "spar." We will literally fight in the living room-it is left over from his days of Tae Kwon Do training when he needed a partner. * My oldest son & I share music & have concerts while riding down the road. And, I am teaching him to drive-at 13 and only in the apt complex. * My middle son is called "happy kid." I gave him that nickname because he is always cheerful. He loves his nickname. * My middle son is my artist. He and I share a love for art. * My youngest son will still creep into bed with me. I will still let him since I know that those days will end soon and my heart will long for them. * My youngest son still calls me "Mommy." The other two typically call me "Laney" and I am fine with that. As long as they address me with respect, I do not dictate the name they use. *I am not a cool mom and I do not want to be. But I treat my kids like little grown ups, I pick my battles & the kids are turning out well.
