While visiting R's mom, her mom has been so gracious to fix us spinach, tomato, and white cheddar cheese omlettes. They are sooo good! I've never tasted anything like it. They come out perfect...you can't buy it at any restaurant any better than this! KUDOS mom!

Some mornings that's all I have time for before going to work

I had time this morning, but lazy after 2 shifts at work yesterday

I usually don't do breakfast - but been having stomach issues and not keeping food down so today I was hungry - so had a Smores Pop Tart...Chocolate for breakfast.......yummmy

I can't remember when I didn't have stomach issues, I take a handful of pills every morning to start my day, so grabbing something to put in my stomach is important and it doesn't matter what I grab going out the door. Most days its a choco chip chewy granola bar.

looking at just watermelon and an apple for lunch.

Today is the only day my son is home in the mornings so I always fix a good breakfast for both of us.This morning I fixed french toast with real french bread( it was whole wheat french bread) and turkey bacon..(he had no clue it was turkey bacon) with a side of eggbeaters scrambled eggs,used splenda for sugar.I went as calorie free,fat free,no sugar as I could find.
