I must confess,
My brain is on overload from the training at my new job. My trainer gave me homework tonight... I am having brown rice and black beans for dinner tonight..Felt like foregoing meat of any kind in favor of a vegan dinner. I am hoping all of the people who were effected by the earthquake yesterday, is ok and safe! Zimmy
