Today is the only day my son is home in the mornings so I always fix a good breakfast for both of us.This morning I fixed french toast with real french bread( it was whole wheat french bread) and turkey bacon..(he had no clue it was turkey bacon) with a side of eggbeaters scrambled eggs,used splenda for sugar.I went as calorie free,fat free,no sugar as I could find.

ok decided to whip up an omelette with egg beaters, turkey bacon pieces, jalapeno, tomato, onion, cheese.

Egg McMuffin & a cold mocha frappucino. So bad for me, but hey it's the weekend. Have a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel for later.
