Nat, I'm not sure what kind of bar youre interested in...

Lipstick24 has been packed full of freshly 21 lesbians every time I've gone there. I'm only 27 but I felt old lol.

Most of the clubs on 4th street are gay boy bars but I enjoy them so much more. Keep in mind that gay pride is this weekend (weird that that hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet) so anything downtown will be packed. I'll be at rain and oil can harrys tonight. If you'd like to meet up send me a PM and I'll send you my #.

And there you have it. lol I've never even been to the lipstick place. If you're looking for a more "queer" type place and not just "lesbian and gay" they have a cool pride party on east 6th street at Cheer Up Charlies. It will be more low key and most likely free to get in.
