I am assuming what helps with sleep is the melatonin. If it doesn't help as much as you need, you can always get a bottle of the supplement at a pharmacy, vitamin shop, or probably even grocery store. Look for one that is extended release, so that it will keep you sleeping the whole night through. One thing I am taking for sleep is called Tart Cherry. It is a concentrate and you take a tablespoon or two a night. It also has melatonin in it.
