All my news:

- last weigh in, i was 2 lbs shy of 50 lost.. have had some ups and downs, but overall, almost 50 lbs lost makes a big difference..
- am still amazed at my growing energy level.. Other people notice it too.
- i bought a treadmill, so along with my elliptical, and few other things, i've no excuses anymore heh... All i need are weights now, next purchase and i'll be set to go here at home!
- hoping to try Zumba soon, contacted a lady who holds classes not far from home and for an affordable price, it looks like such fun!
- will be a good girl on my travels, leaving Monday for Oregon - and thankfully Mr Mtn is 110% supportive of my eating disorder, healthy journey & weight loss goals.. SO will stay on track while there & burning calories often =^..^= heh..

LOVING the constant encouragement, support & determination in this thread.. Anytime i need some motivation, i start reading posts in this thread and am ready to hop back on & kick some butt!

You all rock ♥ Keep at it, huggggz

Everyone has crystals in their ears, there is a little pouch in your inner ear that holds these bits of calcium carbonate. Traumatic head injuries and some viruses can cause these crystals to shake loose and end up in the ear canal -- and this is what causes your nausea, dizziness and vertigo.

Our ear crystals are actually quite important they help us maintain our balance by sending signals through the nerves that help our brain to know up from down.

The problem you're experiencing is not uncommon at all and it is completely fixable.

The range of movements your doctor has given you (called the Epley Maneuver) should do the trick. Though you may not be able to achieve it on your own, you may need a doctor, NP or physical therapist to do the maneuver on you - and it may take more than one session.

It took me 3 sessions over the course of a few months to get it to stop completely.

Has calcium deposit in right ear, which is why I can no longer scuba dive, I can't clear my ears. Planes are fun...not.
