off to the gym in a couple of mins still dark out
green smoothie in hand...smoothies are delicious and nutritiously age defying YB but you already know that...the iron/oxygen fact is interesting I wasn't aware of that...do know that the smoothies and the exercise have had a transformative effect on my sense of clarity, and physical fitness...I'm loving it.
