I confess I am happy it is Friday evening.

I confess my honey and I have no plans for the next three days and we are going to enjoy the heck out of it.

I confess the rainy weather feels like a good time to snuggle.

I confess I must have jinxed myself.

I confess shortly after posting this the levy broke.

I confess at least we were able to get a full night's sleep before having to hit the road again.

I confess it isn't like we didn't know these things were coming but we are surprised that they are happening at the same time and with much less lead in than we were expecting.

I confess as always the lack of communication among the parties involved isn't helping.

I confess a meeting of said parties has been put off and put off.

I confess holidays or not, there can be no more delaying a meeting with said parties.

I confess it is times like that that I wish I swore.

I confess my honey and I together can handle anything and the other parties ain't seen nothing yet.

...I drove 3/4 of the way to work today, wondered where all the cars were, and realized it was Sunday--NOT Monday.

(in my defense, i had the last four days off, and I obviously lost count!)
