Hearing my daughter upstairs laughing with her friend. The cat on the couch on one side of me, the dog on the other side, knowing the world is exactly as it should be.

The book I am reading by an awesome Egyptian author.

My daughters first week of student teaching an absolute success.

My father calling me to tell me what a special woman I am.

And the yummy burrito that has my name on it from that lil hole in the wall Mexican joint that's going to be in my tummy in about an hour <Big ole Cheshire cat grin>.

2. the sense of accomplishment knowing i am one semester closer to graduating.

3. growing closer to siblings after resigning myself to the understanding it might never happen.

4. finding my favorite chapstick in a secret pocket of my bag.

5. 3inch heels that make me taller then all the men i've passed today.
