OK, OK, there is snow in Alabama (although not the totally delectable Snowy herself, just to clarify
 ) I almost missed it (again) though. I was north of the expected snow line. But I didn't pack an overnight bag and didn't want to pick up the cost of a hotel after covering an event for work, so I drove home. I felt sorry for my poor mom, who was petrified I'd hit some black ice and go spinning. However, I made it the two hours home with no problem. And there was actually a nice little coating of snow (about 2.5 inches, I'd say, maybe 3). The puppies totally loved it, which shocked me. I can't get my little girl out in the rain or if it's cold, yet she kept going to the door to run around in the fluffy stuff. It was cute as hell.
