Waking up...to enjoy yet another gorgeous day...knowing "I am now whole & healthy" and am able to live...again...and being loved..in so many ways...by so many...just enjoying each and every day...it doesn't matter if it is cool, cold, warm, sunny, cloudy, rainy...because it is ALWAYS sunny in my heart! I am so thankful to have had a successful surgery and the "C" now gone..I am truly blessed...so I will take it all..and make it better!! I love being me....I love my family of friends here and IRL....I am blessed...I truly am...so I smile...inside out..each and every day...I let go of all of yesterdays..and I don't look back..I am where I am because of all I have had to endure...so tomorrow is a gift..one in which I can NOT wait to open it...I am able to keep negativity out of my life...I want only good, positive, and happy, sun shine in mine...Clay

it's 48 degrees right now. I get to run in the *RESOLUTION* race. It's just a 10 k for walkers or runners.
No outside running for me if it's cold. Cold to me is freezing (32 degrees) Another New Years tradition around here is the Polar Plunge. I never understood  this..gif "Say What?") Whatever! Happy New Years resolution.
