1.)Staying in the water (ocean, lake, pool) all day long, swimming and deep water running or just treading. And I DO mean for hours at a time, neglecting my friends who don’t enjoy being in the water until they look like prunes and their lips turn blue.
2.)Hanging in my favorite boxers all evening. 3.)Enjoying it to the fullest when my wife has a topless baking day. It’s just too much goodness for one person. And I even get lemon squares or raspberry muffins or some other delicious confection besides.

I think you may stay in passed what your own body enjoys. Blue lips and prune y skin pales in comparison to exhaustion and sunstroke. But, you are always smiling when you do come out.
